Wall Murals by Trevor Mitchell

Trevor began his career as an art director at a London advertising agency in 1979. After a few years, he returned to his native West Yorkshire and became freelance in 1986. Keen to diversify away from advertising and graphic design, he began illustrating for local greeting card publishers.

This change of direction rekindled his childhood love of painting and sparked an enthusiasm which enabled him to cater to the growing demand for his output in the world of commercial art. His depictions of mid-twentieth-century occupations, rural and family life have become very popular and today, Trevor’s artwork can be found on a range of products across the world.

He delights in recreating the past on canvas and the amount of detail in his illustrations, together with a feel-good charm, make them ideal images for murals and wall stickers.
