He started painting professionally many years ago, inspired by the beauty and poetry in light and form but also something else. Something beyond our everyday understanding of beauty. The hidden mood and soul of a moment in time that draws us back.

In Julian’s modern-day work, he still strives for his inspiration, seeking to remove the veil that separates the mundane from what lies beyond.
