Refunds and Returns
Wall Murals, Personalised Stickers and Custom Work
These products are custom-made to your specifications and can not be returned unless faulty.
Any faults should be reported within 7 days after delivery - please email [email protected] with photos of the fault and one of our customer services team will be happy to help you.
Please double-check any text or measurements when placing your order and on your order confirmation. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error at [email protected]
Azutura can not be held responsible for customer errors in measurements or text or damage caused during installation.
We print to order, and orders that have already been printed or manufactured can not be cancelled.
Wall Stickers
Returns must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your item, please check your order upon delivery, returns will not be accepted outside of this period.
All missing and damaged products must be reported within 7 days of receipt of delivery
All products are printed or manufactured to order; if you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong colour or size a 25% material charge will be deducted from your refund
If the product is faulty please email [email protected] with pictures of the fault and the installation surface. We will then work to resolve the issue for you
In all instances please contact the Customer Services team and let us know the issue. Please do not discard the product before contacting us.
Unfortunately, we can not help without evidence of the fault, please do not throw the sticker away without emailing us with photos and please await our response.
Postage Delays
Azutura cannot be held accountable for delays caused by postal strikes or adverse weather conditions,
Unfortunately during October - December due to Royal Mail strikes we can not guarantee any Royal Mail deliveries, please order in plenty of time, for more information click here
